Park Regis City Quays, Cairns

The hotel had well-equipped rooms, but the noise from the laundry machine was disruptive and caused water leakage, although the size was adequate for our needs. The service was mixed, with some wonderful aspects but lacking in expressiveness and courtesy. The location was convenient for accessing local amenities and entertainment, while the dining options were varied but had some issues. Overall, the facilities were decent despite some drawbacks, offering a moderate value for money.
